OUR COMPANY
COSTAN’s historic origins date back to 1946 when brothers Mario and Alberto COSTAN set up the first small workshop in Turin. Thanks to continual growth in demand and progress made by technical innovation, at the start of the seventies, the factory was then moved to its current location in Limana in the province of Belluno.
At the end of the eighties COSTAN joined what was to become the EPTA group. The company committed itself to intense development of its management and industrial aspects, resulting in the acquisition of important leading companies on reciprocal target markets. As the final outcome of this complex merger process, EPTA is today a group with a strong international vocation, leader in commercial refrigeration.
COSTAN currently has 900 employees and the factory covers an area of 69,000 m² but undergoes continual expansion; our network of commercial and technical assistance can count on nine branches throughout Italy, a close-knit organisation of offices, agencies and distributors worldwide. |
